7. Procedure for handling complaints related to personal information

Upon receiving a complaint, RCR Vietnam is immediately responsible for checking the status of the customer information being complained about, the cause, and finding a solution.
We are responsible for notifying consumers about the receipt of feedback, requests, and complaints from consumers within 07 working days from the date of receiving feedback, requests and complaints.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our official channels, and where required, we will seek renewed consent.
