Job Description
- Communicate, organize, control, and coordinate the strategic and operational management
- Ensure proper and efficient operation of all physical and procedural aspects, creating and sustaining a safe and productive environment within the scope of hard services engineering integrated facilities management maintenance and operations services on the Site
- Manage all technical and commercial/administrative matters relating to the scope of the contract
- Pass down and enforce company, client, and site rules and procedures. Included is the assurance that all client action requirements (ARs) are correctly assigned, executed, and closed on time
- Establish and track a standard monthly performance scorecard. Periodically conduct business reviews with the customer to ensure alignment between expectations and delivery.
- Reduce the downtime of machinery/equipment by providing design, solutions, preventive and predictive measures, and innovations for all equipment. Increase the reliability and availability of equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (License would be preferred)
- Total minimum of 5 years in the technical field of equipment operations/maintenance and exposure to projects for at least 2 years.
- High ethical standards
- Familiarity with the general building operation and operation of major equipment and systems such as HVAC systems, basic electrical systems, instrumentations, and controls
- Strong common sense, easily identifies priorities, and is flexible to changes
- Superior/respected customer orientation behavior
- Good and strong leadership, good analytical capability, and technically excellent in root cause analysis approaches and presentations
- Computer Skill: Good in the use of Microsoft software
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written
